Add a multilingual Live Chat widget to your website and answer visitor messages in real time from the Solutions app.

Login/Register

1. Open Login.
2. Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email code. New users are registered automatically.
3. The same account manages Live Chat orders, installations, and conversations.

Top up balance

1. Open Payment Methods.
2. Add funds using any available payment method.
3. Keep enough balance for the monthly Live Chat charge shown before purchase.

Buy the service

1. Open Live Chat.
2. Enter a name that identifies the website or chat, then press Continue.
3. Review the monthly price and press Create now.
4. After purchase, open the Live Chat order in Profile.

Install on your website

1. Open the Live Chat item in Profile and press Copy to copy its embed code.
2. Paste the script into your website, preferably before the closing </body> tag on every page where the widget should appear.
3. Open an installed page on the intended website. The first successful widget connection locks the installation to that hostname.
4. The widget automatically uses a supported visitor browser language.

Use Live Chat

• Visitors can send text, supported images, and PDF files from the website widget.
• Open Support in the Solutions app to see Live Chat conversations and reply in real time.
• Owners and visitors can edit or remove their messages. New guest messages contribute to the Support badge and can send a push notification.

Reset or remove

• Reset creates a new embed code, unlocks the hostname, and permanently deletes the installation's existing conversations and attachments. Copy and install the new code before using the widget again.
• Remove deletes the Live Chat service and its conversation data when it is no longer required.
